Van Gogh’s paintings have always fascinated me. The colors he uses, his style… While looking at his paintings, I dive into another world.. That’s why the Van Gogh museum was one of the must places for me.. It’s crunchy inside.. It was quite crowded even though it was the end of the season.. Schools are walking around in groups of fifteen, there were even 4-year-old children inside, but you don’t get disturbed at all, they don’t make any noise.
It’s a huge 4-storey building.. Starting with the first pictures on the bottom floor, you move towards the right maturity pictures on the upper floors.. On the one hand, you read interesting sections about his life and on the other hand, you examine his paintings.. It is known that Van Gogh painted another painting on a painting he did not like, you may have heard.. Here you can see that table and the picture below it.. The most interesting part for me was the section where he was influenced by Japanese art and exhibited his works in that style.
It is a different feeling to see the paintings in reality.. It’s not what it looks like from photos, books, or the internet.. When you see it, you say that this man is really a master at this. Then you understand why you don’t question why his works find buyers for millions of dollars.. I was so immersed in myself to read Van Gogh’s life on the walls piece by piece, I was so immersed in his world that tears began to flow from my eyes at the part of his death.. Sure, the friend next to me said, “Hahaha, did you just find out that you died?” It was really sweet of him to joke. I have nothing to say.

The gift shop is sooooo beautiful.. I’m officially lost, I don’t know if I spent 45 minutes or 1 hour. Buy whatever you like from there, don’t say that I’ve seen them outside already, you can buy it cheaper from there.. Then you will be very upset like me because the outsiders are not of the same quality. There is a separate shop where souvenirs sold in museums are sold, just opposite the Iamsterdam inscription, which is in the middle between Van Gogh and the Rijksmuseum, maybe you can find it only there..
