My Thailand Tour Travel Route – IV

The

Thailand tour took 14 days this time. The first Thailand tour lasted 30 days and the second Thailand tour 55 days; In the third, I stayed for 13 days. I think it takes 112 days in total. I stayed almost 4 months in total. Thailand acts as a hub as the starting point for South Asian travels. Bordering neighbors Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar travel mostly through Bangkok. I went to Thailand through the Cambodia-Thailand border gate, Poipet. From there, together with my friends, we got on a minibus and got into the car of our friends who were waiting near Pattaya and went to Rayong. Actually our intention was to cross to Ko Samet Island, but we missed the last ferry so we stayed overnight in Rayong.

Siem Reap (Cambodia)→ Poipet (Cambodia)→ Rayong (Thailand)→ Ko Samet→ Pattaya→ Bangkok→ Chiang Mai→ Bangkok→Hatyai→ Satun→ Langkawi Island (Malaysia)

After Ko Samet, I went to Pattaya and then to Bangkok. Afterwards, I went to Chiang Mai, the cultural capital of Thailand with its cool weather festivals and famous cuisine. After spending a few days full of activities in Chiang Mai, I returned to Bangkok.

My intention was to go to Myanmar, but I changed my mind and headed South. I started traveling by making my decision on the road, even at the last minute. I chose the direction I was going to go to the Bangkok train station, I was going to go south. I took the night train to Bankok-Hat Yai and finally found myself on Malaysia’s famous island of Langkawi. At the end of the Thailand tour, I had done 4,000+ km in 14 days.
