Casa Batllo is one of Gaudi’s two most important works found in the Passeig de Gracia area.. The exterior of the building looks like it is made of bones and a skull when viewed from the outside.. This building, whose balconies, skulls and feet look like bones, is one of the most important architectural structures that should be at the top of your list of places to visit in Barcelona.
The building was designed by Gaudi for Josep Batllo and the Batllo family lived in this building for a while. has lived. Although its exterior is quite impressive, it is not a place to pass by from the outside.. Especially the interior of the building is definitely worth seeing with its different architecture and narrow stairs.. Located very close to Casa Mila, this magnificent building is one of the places not to be missed in Barcelona.

Information About Casa Batllo
The building was built by Gaudi between 1875-1877 and redesigned by Gaudi between 1904-1906. The interior design was improved by adding extra stairs.. When you get to the rooftop, you will see that Gaudi is trying to make the attic look like a dragon.. From this very colorful rooftop, you can enjoy the view of Passeig de Gracia street.
As most tourists want to go directly to the rooftop as soon as they enter the building, the rooftop is overcrowded, but you may not be able to take pictures comfortably..
