You can enter Georgia without a passport and with a chip ID. You can stay in the country for 1 year from the date of entry.
4-) Moldova

Now you can enter the country with an identity card without the need for a passport.
How to Go Abroad with an Identity Card?
First of all, you need to fill out the exit form given by the Turkish police at the exit point (airport, border gate) completely.. And when you get a 15 lira international exit stamp, your exit process is done.
While you can enter Georgia and TRNC with an old-fashioned, old-style identity card (new chips are also valid, of course), you can enter Ukraine and Moldova with a new one. You must have a type ID card with a chip.
The form filled in when leaving Turkey must be shown to the country police and stamped by the police upon entering the country you are traveling to.. You should not lose this form during your travel, you are asked to leave the country.
