Glorious days! Getting a US visa is an issue in itself.. So, how many years will we have an entry permit if we get an American visa? Will I be able to get that “10-year American visa” too
Here’s to answering all these questions I’m starting my guide to the validity and duration of stay of America visa.
How Many Years of Visa Are Issued ?
A mistake is often made since the US visa is considered like Schengen visa. While Europe intends to make money from the visa business, America’s main purpose is to filter the people who will come to their country and to ensure their own border and immigrant security.
As such, US visas are usually issued for longer periods. When we say that, we can talk about 2-3-5 or even 10-year visas since there is no place we can go. I also have one of the 10-year visa, which is the subject of legends Actually, it is not a special case, because almost everyone who applies for a B1/B2 tourist visa and is accepted has it too.
US touristic visas give 10 years on a large scale. , of course there is no guarantee of this. There is no such thing as I want this many years in the application.

How Long is the Stay?
Stay on American tourist visas duration varies from person to person.. Although the ordinary B1/B2 visa gives a maximum stay of 180 days, this is determined by the passport officer at the entrance to the United States.
You can be granted a maximum stay of 180 days depending on the answers you give at the passport control and the reason for your visit.. In all my previous trips to America, 180 days were allowed as of my entry date.. You can tell this from the stamp in your passport.. Just above the stamp is the validity period of the visa, that is, the period you can stay in America.

U.S. visas should not be thought of as only 10 years.. For example, this period can be much shorter for various visa types such as studentship.. This may vary depending on the reason for your visit.
Personal characteristics are also important.. Even if you have a visa from the USA, not everyone is equal in their eyes.. While some seem much more reliable, maybe they don’t find you safe and may give you a shorter visa.

If I Change My Passport Will My Visa Be Canceled?

All you have to do is take the old passport with you along with your new passport during your trip to America, otherwise you will already be on the plane. You will not be accepted.

What Should the Expiry Date of the Passport Be?
Although this subject is overlooked, one of the requirements for entering the United States is a passport with at least 6 months validity.. In fact, America’s request in this regard is very reasonable.. Since they will allow you 180 days, your passport must be valid too, right?
My suggestion is you go to America with a passport with at least 1 year validity. There is no point in taking risks in such matters.
