Although the purpose of many holiday resorts within the framework of our country’s understanding of tourism is to screw up foreign tourists, but also domestic tourists, it must be admitted that Turkey is a complete holiday paradise, my friends.. Both its natural features, its air & water & cuisine, and its level of service..
As I am a person born and raised in Kuşadası, “I’m already in a holiday place, but why should I go on vacation” As a person, I did not have the opportunity to visit the Mediterranean coasts.. I am sharing with you my spontaneous Mediterranean coastal tour holiday, which I squeezed in on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, and I invite all of you to plan to see these coasts. I set it to be. My goal was to rent a car from Garenta in Antalya and visit the martyrs of the coast.
Then hello, let’s start my new holiday!
First stop Antalya: Tell me in Antalya, and it will not end.. Everywhere is brown sign, everywhere is history. But I can give you a few brief recommendations.
You have two options for accommodation in Antalya, Lara and Konyaaltı.. If you want a more decent, relatively more luxurious area, closer to the beaches, Lara is the place.. But my humble opinion is to stay in Konyaaltı and go to Lara beaches by car during the day.. Because Konyaaltı means being at the bottom of Kaleiçi, being one click away from the boats leaving the port when you wake up in the morning.
The items I recommend to be made in Antalya are as follows;
-
- Hang out in Kaleiçi (drinks at Castle, food at Leman Kültür, music at Tudors Arena or Roxx & it goes on and on)
-
- Boats leaving the port Take a boat tour with us and enjoy swimming at the bottom of the cliffs..
-
- Go to Lara beaches (Mai Tai Beach: affordable prices) and the best)
-
- Sea Garden in Lara’ Enjoy a beer in front of the endless sea
-
- Olympos’ swim in the sea, walk in the cold water
-
- Çıralı See “Yanartaş” at
-
- in Kemer enter the sea
-
- combine history and sea at the same point (you can have a drink at Mehmet’s Bar. They have very polite employees who have been doing this job for years)
The second stop is Kaş:
I didn’t know that this is the most beautiful place in Turkey as I was descending from the winding roads of Kaş to the port in the morning.
Park your car on the street. There is no such thing as paid parking in Kaş. Your address for breakfast should be “Taşbahçe”. Breakfast per person was 25 TL. The breakfast consists of successful and fresh products.. I really liked the melted cheese in the casserole.
For accommodation in Kaş, you can choose Pınar Pension, which is clean and has a good location.
Then get up and walk to the harbor. A total of 2-3 streets are already in Kaş.. Small boats leave the harbor. You should definitely get on these one day (20 TL per person) and go swimming in the area called Limanağzı . “Bilal’s Place” and “Nuri’s Place” the best places here. All free admission. Bilal is a little smaller but very nice, his menu is just not successful. Nuri’s cocktails are good.. Whichever it is, don’t stay too long after 10:30. Everywhere is filling. Capacity limited. Even though the boats approach the beaches, they can’t get the passengers off.
On other days for the sea, To Küçük Çakıl, “Derya Beach” (the pizza is good but it’s always crowded because it’s underfoot), “Mehmedin Place”(even if it is preferred for dinner), you can choose “Hidayetin Bay”.
Sea return “Lokma” Stop by and try the olive oil dishes. Mama rolls, ravioli and homemade lemonade are amazing.
Best suggestions for dinner: “Zaika” (shashlik – a must-book) , “Ruhi Bey Meyhanesi” (fish in milk), “Mehmed’s Place“, “Tzatziki Meyhane“..
Night The legendary mussel from the mussel boy in front of the “Blue Bar”, a drink can be made at “Hideaway”.Food Cocktail at “Deja Vu” for sunset after or before..
Between Kaş and Fethiye In Kalkan must stop by “Kaputas Beach” and discover Turkey’s Maldives. Sunbed or umbrella 5 TL. municipal enterprise. There is a small facility for eating and drinking inside.. Don’t go too late in the afternoon because the whole road is full of cars.. You leave your car on the road and go down 80-100 stairs to reach the sea.. Of course, every descent has a rise 🙂 The sea is very fun when there are waves here.
We continue on our way. Our route is “Salıkent” and “Gizlikent”. The thing you will need the most in both, is water shoes.. If you don’t have it with you, you need to rent or buy. Saklıkent Canyon takes a minimum of 3 hours. You probably won’t be able to visit all of them.. My special recommendation for food would be the Secret City.. All places in Saklıkent are mediocre. You can eat quail, especially quail, in secretkent, which is cheap and delicious. When you continue on the coastal road from Kaputaş, you come across “Patara Beach”. You can swim here too.
Our next route is the Lycian capital “Xantos“, which attracts us with its brown sign on the road and is included in the Unesco World Heritage.. When this place was lost in the war, the people burned themselves and surrendered the city in ashes.. They were such proud people.
Xantos Antique City
Third stop Fethiye – Ölüdeniz:
We preferred “El Camino Hostel & Pub“ for accommodation. It wasn’t like a hostel at all. The view is magnificent, just above the Fethiye marina.. You can walk down to the bazaar and visit everywhere.. The price was very affordable. The rooms are very clean, the staff working in the hostel was very interested and pleasant conversation. There are already many locals and tourists coming to its cafe due to its view.
El Camino Hostel & Pub
“Oludeniz Beach – Must swim in the “Belcekiz Beach”. Turquoise sea.. It takes a thousand witnesses to call it a public beach.. Paragliding people jumping from Babadağ behind you and these people landing right under your nose. Make sure to do it if you can.. Reservation required before going. Here you can dine at “Toscana Ristorante Italiano”.
If your sea alternative for other days is “Calis Beach” can. Of course, if there is time, a boat trip to “Butterfly Valley”
For dinner, the address is “Lemon H2O”: Lamb Shank and Beyti Wrap was pretty good. Opening wine is quite cheap.. (Starting from 39 TL)
Other alternative restaurants are; “Mancero Kitchen”, “Hilmi Restaurant”
Fourth stop Göcek:
Gocek’s thing is all about boat guys. For magnificent bays, for example, you should join the 12 Islands tour for 70 – 80 TL per day to Tavşan Island, Bedri Rahmi Bay, Hamam Bay, Boynuzbükü, Kızılada, Tarzan Bay, Pig Island or you should rent a boat and visit these places yourself.. However, although the name of the boat tour is 12 islands, it only stops at 4 places.
Göcek Marina
Fifth Stop Dalyan:
“Kaunos King Tombs” : It is 3 TL to cross the river with boats, but you need to go up with a truck to see it closely, or from the opposite direction.
Places you can choose to eat: “Mai Restaurant” – “Saki Restaurant”
Dalyan Mai Restaurant
“Iztuzu Beach” : The sea where Caretta Carettas come ashore to lay their eggs between 20:00 and 08:00. Accessible by boat or car. Beer inside is 10 TL, parking is 5 TL. If you go by car, I recommend you to eat at the “Gölbaşı Restaurant” on the road instead of eating the bad food by the sea.. Pomegranate juice is famous. It’s quite cheap and delicious.
I think the next plan could be Marmaris – Datça.. And of course, a boat tour in Göcek..
Life is beautiful when you travel, my dear friends. Travel, eat, drink, be thankful
