Le Wagon Coding Workshop & Learning Coding
It was a topic we promised for a long time, it came a bit late, here you go! Le Wagon Coding Workshop & Learning Coding
Pandemic has changed something in our lives. While we took a break from our trips and started to stay at home for a while after many years, on the other hand, we watched in amazement how the companies we work with went digital in 3 months.. When everyone is working from home, all meetings are moving online… Then we saw that things got faster! We turned the crisis into an opportunity, we applied for new jobs in this process and we have already been accepted from our new jobs in Berlin.. We are in Berlin at the end of September!
Apart from the companies badly affected by the pandemic, if we talk for Germany, digital companies continued to grow at an unexpected rate in this process and they suddenly encountered a strange workforce need without even realizing what they were.. Let’s give an example: my company in (Asia) Berlin, a worldwide online food ordering company, has grown exactly fourfold as of March 2020. Even he is surprised at his own growth rate..
We are telling this because we know that there are too many people in Europe, especially in Germany, who want to find a job and are not sure where to start.. After all, I am the person who wrote this, who has passed from lawyer to financial technology field, I know it happens when I want..
Well, let’s talk a little bit about what to do if you want to catch up with this digitalization, turn it into an opportunity, and even learn new skills and find a job abroad.. The things we observed changed in Europe during this process are as follows;
- In Europe, especially in Germany, English gained weight rather than the countries’ own languages
- Digital companies flew away, they went to a strange growth which means they need to hire a lot of people. Some of these are banks, some are AI companies, some are software companies, and some are SaaS companies.
- The biggest gap is in the field of coding, because there is a great need for people who know code! Here, our friends who know coding throw their CVs in the air, believe me, someone jumps on that CV before the end of the day..we are surprised too.
Let’s say you have a predisposition to digital works and learn to code and create new opportunities for yourself. you want. How will this coding work be, we’ll talk about it.
