Ina island where I spent 2 nights and 3 days. This island is located in the San Blas Islands in the Caribbean region of Panama.. There is no wi-fi or internet service on the island, but some mobile phone lines are low it works though. If you really need internet, just buy a local sim card and 3-5 days internet package.
You can go to the island you want and stay as long as you want without joining any tour.. You can switch to other islands as you get bored..
