Thailand 27 December 2011 My Diary: Getting Back Where I Started, Bangkok

Thailand visa . I plan to stay in Thailand for 2 months. Since I will be entering the country by bus from the Malaysian border and a 15-day visa will not be enough, I went to the Thai Consulate in Geoorgetown and applied for a visa.. I applied in the morning, and in the afternoon I had a 90-day Thailand visa stamp in my passport.

The country had suffered disasters after heavy monsoon rains in the past months.. I was going to go to Thailand after my trip to Borneo, but because there was no suitable timing for the trip, I changed my plan and went to the Philippines.

Yesterday I came to Georgetown, the capital of Penang Island, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.. Just a few days ago, I was in Singapore, the richest country in Asia, 4 days passed.. 3 days ago I was in Kuala Lumpur, the glittering capital of Malaysia and tomorrow I will be in Thailand. It is interesting to say that I will be in 3 different countries in these 5 days.. As I will attend the world-famous Full Moon Party, I will also welcome the New Year there.

We will meet there with another traveler, Bekran, whom I met in Singapore.. Tomorrow, 512 of my trip. On the day of my journey, I will have entered the borders of the country where I first started my journey.. I stayed in Thailand for 1 month last year, I don’t know how long I will stay this time.
