The Most Stylish Cafe in the Bosphorus La Vie When I first entered En Rose, I felt like I entered a cafe in Paris in 1960, instead of a cafe on the Yeniköy beach in the 2000s.

The image of the pomegranate and parsley seeds on the thickly sliced and deep-fried bostan eggplant and yoghurt sauce is very good. The taste of eggplant is on point. The ravioli with tomato sauce in the bowl is also successful. I find the flavor I expect in the taste of Spinach hash that looks exactly the same as my mother’s zucchini hash.. In fact, while everyone is content with half of the mucver, I’m eyeing the only piece left:)
Pistachio, roasted hummus from the Middle East cuisine, roasting lovers like me It leaves a wonderful taste on the palate while it is hot.. In order to preserve the temperature, the hummus under the roast may be better if it is served slightly heated.. I like the consistency of hummus less dense than the standard. The taste of the Arcadia branded red wine accompanying the meal is very, very good.. Even though I drank a glass of glass throughout the night, it gets 10 points from me in the quality test, since I didn’t have a single gram of headache the next morning.
Next are the Mushroom Burger and Latino Burger. I prefer Mushroom Burger.. Hamburger patties and bread are delicious, I like it. Those who try also praise the Latino prepared with Foccacia bread.. I regret not trying it 🙂
This is followed by Baked Bolonese Linguine . Is there anyone who doesn’t like pasta? Who can say no to a fresh Linguine filled with bolognese sauce and melted cheese? Not us And next Chicago style deep dish pizza This pizza is a very deep pizza just like its name :). We like it again 🙂
Now we are getting enough. It might be thought that you ate so much and weren’t full, but since we got a little bit of everything, you don’t have a stuffy situation yet.. Mrs. Işıl and her team are now serving us the walnut meatballs cooked in coconut milk on mashed potatoes with basil.. The description is a bit long, yes, they already said Survivor instead The walnut detail inside the meatballs of Survivor hits my heart.. I think walnuts go very well with everything sweet and salty. I like the couscous risotto they call Brunch Carbonara. Actually, this dish cannot be called risotto, as risotto is made from rice.. But we said it’s okay 🙂 Basil sauce and creamy couscous go well with risotto.
Desserts are coming in the final. Sizzling Brownie is presented with a visual feast. Then donuts and various pies are served.. I don’t mind that a place opened in the concept of Patisserie is so ambitious about dessert and this finale 🙂 We love La Vie En Rosa..
