Online travel agency Tripsta”s research, women in Turkey mostly fly for vacation, while men fly for business.. Men take more planes than women. While the plane is mostly preferred for domestic travels in Turkey, those who get used to the speed and comfort of the airline in business travel also use airlines for their personal travels..

Tripsta’s research commissioned by Selas Turkey research company revealed interesting data about our airline usage and travel habits. According to the research conducted with participants from Ankara and Istanbul, men travel more than women. Research reveals that on domestic flights, men travel more often than women. Likewise, men stand out with 9 percent in international travels.. Istanbulites travel abroad more than Ankara residents. Those between the ages of 18-30 make the most travel, and the frequency of international travel decreases after the age of 60.

In Turkey, airplanes are mostly preferred for domestic travel.

According to the research, airplanes are mostly preferred for domestic travels in Turkey.. While 38 percent say they prefer air travel for their domestic travels, 9 percent travel abroad by plane.. Those who prefer the plane for both domestic and international trips are 53 percent.
